On Saturday, March 1, former Beaver Area High School standout Jack Ray’s current college team, the Frostburg State Bobcats, won 6-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Bluefield State Big Blues.

The game took place at Bowen Field. This was their second matchup against the Big Blues this season.

The Bobcats’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 12 p.m. at Bowen Field against Bluefield State Big Blues.
