On March 13, 2025, Congressman Chris Deluzio expressed his support for a funding extension to prevent government shutdowns. He stated, “I think Congress should pass a four-week funding extension that stops harmful cuts, keeps government open, and allows Congress to reach a bipartisan funding agreement.” He also affirmed his readiness to return to Washington to vote in favor of this measure.
Later that day, Deluzio addressed concerns over corruption within federal agencies related to Elon Musk-owned companies.
