Congressman Chris Deluzio, representing Pennsylvania’s 17th district since 2023, has recently expressed his concerns and announcements through a series of tweets. Born in Pittsburgh in 1984, Deluzio has been active in addressing key issues affecting his constituents.
On May 14, 2025, Congressman Deluzio voiced his opposition to a proposed bill by Congressional Republicans. The following day, on May 15, 2025, Deluzio continued to express his discontent with Republican actions. He tweeted about ongoing efforts to counter what he perceives as attacks on veterans: “Different year, same crap. We’re still fighting off Republican attacks on my fellow veterans.”
In another tweet dated May 16, 2025, Congressman Deluzio announced an upcoming town hall meeting scheduled for May 17 at 4 PM. He invited constituents to RSVP and mentioned that the event would be live-streamed on YouTube: “My Town Hall is tomorrow (Saturday 5/17) at 4pm. RSVP here… It will also be live streamed on YouTube.”
Chris Deluzio has been serving in Congress since replacing Conor Lamb in 2023 and currently resides in Aspinwall.
