On Friday, March 7, former South Side High School standout Alex Arrigo’s current college team, the California Vulcans, won 15-7 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Ashland Eagles.

The game took place at Northeast Regional Park. This was their first matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Vulcans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 9:45 a.m. at Lake Myrtle Park against Assumption Greyhounds.
