CENTRAL VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT: Central Valley Plan for Spectators Attending the Friday, October 9, 2020, Varsity Football Homecoming Game Against Keystone Oaks

Central Valley School District issued the following announcement on Oct 9.

In compliance with Governor Wolf’s recent amendment directing mitigation efforts, specifically regarding occupancy at sporting events; the Central Valley School District has issued two tickets for family members of those students involved in the band, cheerleaders, and football teams to attend this week’s varsity football game vs. Keystone Oaks. Members of the Homecoming Court will receive four tickets for their families. In addition to their allotment of 2 tickets, senior parents of the Central Valley band, cheerleaders, and football players will receive an additional two tickets for family members as well. A limited number of tickets will be provided for members of the high school student body in grades 9-12, starting with the senior class. There will be NO other spectators, including the general public, permitted inside the stadium. Those who were issued tickets will be the only ones permitted inside the stadium. Attendees must comply with the 6 feet social distancing and face-covering requirements in compliance with the Order of the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

The game will be broadcast on television station 22ThePoint, and live-streamed on 22thepoint.com. Homecoming coming activities and the halftime band performance will be live-streamed on the Central Valley website as well.
