Important Recycling Information
PLEASE leave your recycling out if there was a Holiday during your regular pick-up. The Street Department will pick it up! Garbage and recycling are one (1) day behind schedule on the following dates:
Memorial Day
Labor Day
Independence Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
New Year’s Day
Red Recycling bins are $10.00. They can be purchased at the City’s Treasurer’s Office at 581 Franklin Avenue, and you can take your receipt to the Street Department located at 1499 Kennedy Blvd to pick up the bin during regular business hours (7:00-3:00 p.m.).
Please call the City office for yard waste pick up at 724-375-5188, Ext 1. We will pick up yard waste during the weeks we are not doing regular recycling pick-up.
