MEETING NOTICE
ZONING HEARING BOARD
Please take notice that the Zoning Hearing Board of the City of Aliquippa will conduct a public hearing on July 21, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. at the Aliquippa City Building, 581 Franklin Avenue, Aliquippa, Pa. 15001 on a request submitted by Versatex, for property situated 400 Steel Street, Aliquippa, Pa. 15001 Tax Parcel No. 08-005-0101.019. Versatex applied for a variance on the side yard setback.
The subject application is not in conformance with the Aliquippa Zoning Ordinance No. 5-2009 Zoning and Overlay District Map pertaining to I Institutional District. The full application is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Aliquippa City Building. All interested parties will be afforded the opportunity to be heard prior to final deliberation by the Aliquippa Zoning Board.
