There was a single gas station in cities across Beaver County selling premium gas at the lowest price of $4.40 per gallon in the week ending Mar. 2, according to GasBuddy.com.

The average cost of premium gas in cities within Beaver County was $4.47 per gallon.

Of the seven gas stations in cities within Beaver County, three offer premium gas.

The average price of premium gas in Pennsylvania was $4.18, compared to $4.20 the week before.

Experts predict gasoline prices could drop below $3 this year before rebounding closer to $4 by year's end. GasBuddy forecasted a national average of $3.38 per gallon, down from $3.51. An outlook published in late 2023 suggests that gas rates will continue to fall in 2024.
