The request was made under the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law, 65 §66.1 et seq., on September 20, 2024.
The requested records include comprehensive data fields for all active employees and retired employees in the organization's pension fund for the year of 2023. The specific information sought includes last name, first name, middle name, date of birth, employer name, employment start date, employment end date, salary, compensation type, amount received from the pension fund in that year (amount), the year of receipt (year), process date of the disbursement (process_date), last disbursement amount received by each individual (last_disbursement_amount), frequency of disbursements (disbursement_frequency), and contribution amount for the year 2023 (2023_contribution_amount).
