State Rep. Josh Kail | Pennsylvania 15th Legislative District
House Republican Policy Committee Chairman Joshua D. Kail, representing Beaver and Washington, will lead a hearing to address concerns surrounding PJM's recent capacity auction and Pennsylvania's energy challenges. The event, titled "Fighting to Keep the Lights On in PA," aims to explore the implications of the auction and strategies to avert potential blackouts by 2030.
The hearing will take place on Tuesday, October 1, at 9 a.m. in Room 418 of the House Republican Caucus Room at the State Capitol in Harrisburg. Among those attending are committee members and Jason Stanek, executive director of government services at PJM.
