PROPOSED ORDINANCE
The City Council of the City of Aliquippa will consider adoption of proposed ordinance on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, via zoom meeting at 7:00 PM. Public log in information will be located on the City website, www.aliquippapa.gov. Ordinance entitled:
“AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE AMENDED EXIT PLAN FOR THE CITY OF ALIQUIPPA, BEAVER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, PURSUANT TO THE MUNICIPALITIES FINANCIAL RECOVERY ACT (ACT 47 OF 1987) AS AMENDED AND ACT 23 OF 2020 PROVIDING FOR AN EIGHTEEN (18) MONTH EXTENSION.”
A complete true and correct copy of the proposed ordinance is on file at the City Building, 581 Franklin Avenue, Aliquippa, PA and may be examined by members of public during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays.
