City of Aliquippa issued the following announcement on Dec. 14.
The Kiehl Street exit off of Franklin Avenue will be closed for up to seven days due to the water main break which is creating deterioration of road surface. This decision was made after meeting with the Street Superintendent and Aliquippa Municipal Water Authority Manager.
