On April 12, 2025, Congressman Chris Deluzio extended festive greetings by wishing "Chag Pesach Sameach to all our Jewish friends and neighbors in Western PA starting the celebration of Passover tonight!" This marks a recognition of Passover, a significant Jewish festival, affirming his connection with the local Jewish community.

The following day, April 13, 2025, he announced the launch of a new initiative in Congress with his colleagues, the 'Monopoly Busters Caucus.' According to Deluzio, this newly formed group aims to tackle "corporate power that is stifling growth and ripping off workers, small businesses, & consumers," with Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) being identified as a key issue of interest.

Later on April 13, 2025, Congressman Deluzio responded to an incident involving Governor Shapiro, expressing relief for his safety and appreciation for the emergency response. He shared, "Grateful to hear @GovernorShapiro and his family are safe after this scary incident. Violence can never be tolerated—huge thanks to all the first responders and law enforcement who rushed to help."
