NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the City of Aliquippa, Beaver County, shall act upon a proposed ordinance at a city council meeting to be held on July 6, 2022 at 7:00 pm at the City of Aliquippa, 581 Franklin Avenue, Aliquippa, PA 15001. The proposed Ordinance 1 of 2022 is to amend Ordinance No. 8 of 2014-The MS4 Stormwater Management Ordinance to include waivers to stormwater management (Section 110) and riparian buffers (Section 305). You may view this proposed amended MS4 Stormwater Management Ordinance on our City Website www.aliquippapa.gov or request to review a copy at the City of Aliquippa between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.
