State Rep. Josh Kail | Pennsylvania 15th Legislative District
House Republican Policy Committee Chairman Joshua D. Kail (R-Beaver/Washington), Rep. Alec Ryncavage (R-Luzerne), and other lawmakers will host a hearing titled “Democrats’ Education Scheme Fails to Fund Students” to discuss the Democrats’ Basic Education Funding Commission (BEFC) report. The committee argues that the report fails to adequately support students and places an undue burden on citizens.
Participants in the hearing include Kail, Ryncavage, members of the committee, John Macri, president of Crestwood School Board, Rick Nardone, finance director of Crestwood School Board, and Danielle Petroski, a parent.
The event is scheduled for Thursday, June 13 at 2 p.m. at Crestwood High School located at 281 S. Mountain Blvd., Mountain Top, PA 18707. Barring any technical difficulties, the hearing will be streamed online at PAGOPPolicy.com.
