UPMC Survey of Interest
We are partnering with UPMC to host a COVID19 vaccination clinic on January 14th. UPMC has asked the District to survey families with students ages 5 - 12 to determine the level of interest. If you are interested in your student, who is aged 5 - 12, receiving the COVID19 vaccine at the UPMC clinic on January 14th, please click on the survey link and indicate your interest.
