State Rep. Josh Kail | Pennsylvania 15th Legislative District
House Republican Policy Committee Chairman Joshua D. Kail and Rep. Mike Stender, alongside other lawmakers, are set to lead a hearing titled “Removing Obstacles to Opportunity: Growing Pennsylvania’s Agriculture.” The focus of the hearing is to address permitting and regulations in the agriculture industry that are causing unnecessary delays and hindering the growth of Pennsylvania.
The event, scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 26 at 1 p.m., will take place at the Turbotville Community Hall in Turbotville, PA. Among the attendees will be members of the committee and key testifiers such as Bill Fink from Country View Family Farms, Adam Pritts from Laurel Hill Trout Farm, and Grant Guilbon from the Farm Bureau.
