On November 21, 2024, Deluzio announced that he had voted to pass the Senator Elizabeth Dole Veterans Healthcare & Benefits Improvement Act. He stated, "Good news! This week, I voted to pass the Senator Elizabeth Dole Veterans Healthcare & Benefits Improvement Act. It has lots of great provisions to help my fellow veterans, including to fight veteran homelessness. The Senate should pass this bill ASAP."
Later the same day, Deluzio reiterated his support for the bill with another tweet. He posted "Good news!
