Congressman Chris Deluzio, representing Pennsylvania’s 17th district, has recently shared a series of updates on social media addressing both domestic and international issues. Deluzio, who took office in early 2023, has been vocal about his commitment to various causes, as evidenced by his recent posts.

On February 12, 2025, Congressman Deluzio announced the safe return of Marc Fogel to American soil after over three years of imprisonment in Russia. In his tweet, he stated: "Marc Fogel has now arrived safely on American soil after over 3 years of unjust imprisonment in Russia." He added that "Bring Marc Home" had been a priority for his team since shortly after he was sworn into office.

Later the same day, Deluzio addressed issues related to government spending and waste. In another post, he expressed support for reducing government fraud, waste, and abuse but criticized the lack of focus on Pentagon expenditures. He remarked on the need for bipartisan efforts to address these concerns.

Continuing this discussion, Deluzio highlighted findings from an Inspector General report regarding defense contractors' pricing practices. In a subsequent tweet, he noted that "defense contractors are charging the Air Force outrageous prices for basic C-17 parts," suggesting that such practices lead to significant financial losses for the Air Force and taxpayers.
