The hearing is scheduled for Thursday, March 28, at 11 a.m. at the Salem Township Municipal Building in Berwick, PA.

Alongside Kail, Rep. Mike Cabell (R-Luzerne) and other lawmakers, as well as members of the committee, will be present. Testifiers at the hearing will include Mike Butler, mid-Atlantic executive director of the Consumer Energy Alliance, and other industry and consumer representatives.
